How to Order [Top]

  • Select a category from the left side of the page to view product or search by Keywords, Price or Item #.
  • Click on product picture to view larger image, description, and price.
  • To add item to cart, click Add To Shopping Cart at bottom of screen.
  • Specify desired quantity, size, and color. Then click Add This Item at bottom of screen.
  • Confirm contents of your shopping cart and click Continue Shopping to browse more products or Checkout to enter shipping and billing information, then submit your order.
  • After your order has been submitted, a list of items ordered along with an order number will be displayed confirming your order has been received. Please print out this confirmation as it will be the only one you receive.

Please note that prices do not include sales tax. If your order is being shipped within California, applicable sales tax will be applied.


Shipping Information [Top]

  • All orders will be processed within 24 hours (Monday / Friday).
  • Please allow 2 additional days for delivery of orders place on Friday (no weekend deliveries)
  • UPS can not ship to a PO Box; you must use a street address.
  • Event Dates: If your order is for a specific event date, please not the event date in the Special Instructions at Checkout. Every effort will be made to deliver your order by that date. Please note, by showing an event date, you are authorizing Custom Logos to ship your order via 1-day, 2-day or 3-day air service to meet your event date.

Non-damaged merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact Custom Logos at for a Return Authorization Number.

If you are returning an item because it does not fit, do not want the product or for any other reason, we will be happy to credit you for the cost of that item as long as it is in its original condition. Please send us back the item you are returning with a copy of your order acknowledgement.  We will then return funds to you in the same manner in which you paid for the order.  We do not do exchanges. If you would like a replacement item, please go online and place a new order.
